Vape Vibes provides a quality assurance period of 90 days from the date of purchase (Warranty Period) to all of our customers. Our warranty policy applies only to customers who purchase directly from our two store locations in Salem, NH.

Note:
Our warranty does not cover atomizers and accessories due to it being a consumable product, however if the product happens to be in faulty state at the time of receiving the goods, please inform us immediately prior to using it (making contact with foreign objects such as e-liquid).
